Returns

Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of item receipt, affording you ample time to initiate a return request. Promptly try on your items to ensure adequate time for potential returns.

For a successful return, your item must maintain its original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any indications of wear, washing, alteration, tag removal, or unpleasant odors render the item ineligible for a refund. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required**.

 We provide two options for returning your items.
Firstly, customers can initiate a return by contacting us at contact@jmsetherealcotton.com.
Alternatively, they can use our self-service portal to process a return.

All return items should be sent to the provided address below.

Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

**Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return or submitting a return on our self-service portal will not be accepted; therefore, refund will not be provided.

Customer is responsible for the cost of postage of returns, unless free return was determined or a complete order with a minimum value of € 120,00 (excluding shipping costs) by JM’s Ethereal Cotton. Kindly be aware that the initial shipping costs incurred by customers are non-refundable.

Refunds

Upon receipt and thorough inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Kindly allow up to 14 days for the inspection and refund processing. Keep in mind that the actual posting of the refund to your bank or credit card account may take additional time. If the refund amount is not reflected in your account after 21 business days from the approval of your return, please reach out to us at contact@jmsetherealcotton.com for further assistance.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly thoroughly inspect its contents. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please promptly contact us. This will enable us to assess the issue and take corrective measures to ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges at this stage.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
