Orders are meticulously packed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped out on Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon dispatch, customers will receive comprehensive tracking information via email. While our store is based in the Netherlands, we also extend shipping services to select EU countries, as outlined in the following section.

For shipments within The Netherlands, customers can typically anticipate receiving their parcel on the following day post-shipping. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays or exceptional events, may result in a slight delay of 2-3 days.
International:
We presently provide shipping to the listed countries, and our estimated delivery times align with PostNL parcel shipping methods. It’s important to note that occasional delays may occur based on the destination and shipping route. Additionally, delivery times may be impacted by holidays and unforeseen events.
